How can I speak with my VTI sales representative?

VTI’s Vision Care Sales representatives will gladly help you with any requests. To contact your VTI sales representative from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday – Friday, at toll-free 1-844-VTI-LENS (1-844-884-5367), and select the extension of your representative. If you do not have a VTI Sales representative, please select ext. 116.

How do I request a VTI sales representative to visit my office?

I am interested in learning more about VTI’s NaturalVue® (etafilcon A) Multifocal 1 Day Contact Lenses and when it will be launched in my area. Whom do I contact?

How can I get literature or materials for my office?

Where can I get instructions for use and/or training on the NaturalVue Multifocal 1 Day contact lens products?

Instructions for use are available in the Practitioner section of the vtivision.com website (www.vtivision.com) under the tab entitled ‘NaturalVue™ Multifocal 1 Day Contact Lenses Product Information.’ VTI will be adding training support materials and fitting tips and tools in the future. These will be housed under the Practitioner section of the website (www.vtivision.com) under the same tab. Please also contact your VTI sales representative for more in-depth training for you and/or your staff.  You may request instructions for use and/or training via the online Contact Us form on the Visioneering Website, www.vtivision.com or email directly to info@vtivision.com.

How do I establish an account with VTI?

What is VTI’s Customer Policy?

In order to help promote the safety and integrity of our products, VTI products will be sold only to licensed Eye Care Professionals that provide direct patient care to those patients for whom the products are ordered. 

VTI utilizes MidSouth Premier Ophthalmics (MSPO) as the distributor of our products. To order VTI products, Eye Care Professionals must be an authorized VTI account and have a valid MSPO account number. To set up a MSPO account number, call 1-877-700-0914 to speak with a MSPO customer service representative.  

How can I check the status of my account in regards to my VTI products (invoices, shipping, order status, change practice/account information)?

I need to change my contact information (i.e., email address) in the VTI system.  Whom do I contact?
