How do I contact Visioneering Technologies, Inc. (VTI) directly?

If you have a product question, complaint or need to report an adverse event related to a contact lens product, please contact our technical consultation department 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST Monday – Friday, at toll-free 1-844-VTI-LENS (1-844-884-5367 x 102).

How can I speak with my VTI sales representative?

Where can I get instructions for use and/or training on the NaturalVue® Multifocal 1 Day contact lens products?

Instructions for use are available in the product and practitioner sections of this website. Please also contact your VTI sales representative for more in-depth training for you and/or your staff. Where can I find package inserts for VTI’s products?

How do I request diagnostic lens sets and/or diagnostic lenses of VTI contact lens products?

Please speak with your VTI sales representative for assistance toll-free at 1-844-VTI-LENS (1-844-884-5367), and select the extension 116. You can also use the online contact us form on this website or email directly to info@vtivision.com.

How do I establish an account with VTI?

Please contact a VTI sales representative toll-free at 1-844-VTI-LENS (1-844-884-5367) and select ext. 116. You may also use the online contact us form on this website or email directly to info@vtivision.com. Please include your location (city, state/province) and product/area of interest.

What is VTI’s Business Policy?

In order to help promote the safety and integrity of our products, VTI products will be sold only through authorized distributors for sale only to licensed eye care professionals that provide direct patient care to those patients for whom the products are ordered.

To order VTI products, eye care professionals must be an authorized VTI account and have a current and valid account number with VTI’s authorized distributor(s).

VTI currently uses ABB Optical Group (ABB) and Wisconsin Vision Associates (WVA) as authorized distributors.

To order through ABB:
If the practice does not already have an account with ABB, they will need to complete a credit application, available online. Accounts may fax the completed application to 1-954-752-6430 or email directly to creditapp@abboptical.com. Most accounts may be set-up within 2 business days.

Once the account has been set up, the practice may use any of the following methods of ordering:
1. Order online. Click: www.abboptical.com.
2. Order by phone by speaking directly to one of ABB’s customer service representatives at 1-800-852-8089, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Eastern.
3. Order by fax at 1-800-851-2470 (Fax orders will be entered the day after the order has been received).

For any orders placed by 5:00 pm Eastern, they will be shipped the same day.

To order through WVA:
If the practice does not already have an account with WVA, they will need to complete a credit application, available online. Accounts may fax the completed application to 1-800-294-3270 or email directly to sales.support@wisvis.com. Most accounts may be set-up within 2 business days.

Once the account has been set up, the practice may use any of the following methods of ordering:
1. Order online. Click www.wisvis.com, then select the orders tab to log-in.
2. Order by phone by speaking directly to one of WVA’s customer service representatives at 1-800-747-9000 (Monday-Friday 9:00 pm to 4:00 pm Central; phones stay on until 5:00 pm Central for accounts located in Mountain and Pacific time zones).
3. Order by fax at 1-800-298-2329.
4. Order through online ordering portals. WVA accepts electronic ordering through some of the most popular electronic ordering sites like CLX, Crystal, VisionWeb, My Vision Express, Rev360 Smart Flow.

Orders placed by 4:00 pm central will be shipped the same day.

How can I check the status of my account in regards to my VTI products (invoices, shipping, order status, change practice/account information)?
