VTI Business Policy

To ensure safety and integrity, VTI products will be sold exclusively through Authorized Distributors to licensed Eye Care Professionals who directly care for patients who order the products. VTI products are exclusively sold to patients by licensed Eye Care Professionals and are not available through online retailers.

How To Order

To order VTI products, eye care professionals must be an authorized VTI account and have a current and valid account number with VTI’s authorized distributor(s).

If the practice does not already have an account with ABB Optical Group, they will need to complete a credit application, available online. Accounts may fax the completed application to (954) 752-6430 or email directly to creditapp@abboptical.com. Most accounts may be set-up within 2 business days.

Once the account has been set up, the practice may use any of the following methods to order:

Speak directly to one of ABB’s customer service representatives at (800) 852-8089, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm EST.

Orders are usually shipped the following business day.

Order through online ordering portals. FAIT accepts electronic ordering through some of the most popular electronic ordering sites like CLX, Crystal, VisionWeb, My Vision Express, Rev360 Smart Flow.

If the practice does not already have an account with New Era/e-dr., they will need to complete a credit application, available online. Accounts can submit their completed application by clicking Submit, emailing a PDF to info@e-dr.com, or via fax to (800) 338-9380.
